Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Outreach Coordinator to engage and mobilize youth from underserved communities in Pune. This position involves fostering trust within the community, promoting our skilling programs, and providing guidance to youth throughout their journey with Lighthouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish relationships with youth and families in slum communities.
- Raise awareness of Lighthouse programs.
- Facilitate enrollments while maintaining connections with participants.
- Conduct home visits and collaborate with local stakeholders.
- Promote a culture of safety and inclusivity at Lighthouse.
Location: Yerwada/Kondhwa/Gokhalenagar/Warje/Janta Vasahat/Wanowrie
Compensation: ₹25,00 – ₹32,00 per month
