Job Description
LeadSense Media India Pvt. Ltd., Chennai, is hiring a Voice Process Executive – Academic Counsellor for an international voice process. This is an on-site role; candidates outside Chennai may attend a virtual interview but must relocate if selected. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Handle outbound and inbound calls with prospective students and provide program information.
- Update CRM, follow up leads, and coordinate admission processes.
- Maintain target-oriented performance and professional communication.
Requirements: excellent English (verbal and written), basic computer/CRM skills, and a goal-driven attitude. Salary ₹20,00–₹25,00/month plus performance incentives (annual CTC approx. ₹2,40,00).
