Job Description
Leap HR is actively seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will manage statutory registrations and liaise effectively with government authorities regarding Provident Fund, Employees State Insurance Corporation, Professional Tax, MLWF, and the Contract Labour Act.
Your key responsibilities will include assessing the applicability of statutory regulations, accurately preparing PF/ESI/PT challans, and ensuring timely submissions. Additionally, you will address employee inquiries and prepare all necessary returns.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month
Benefits: Provident Fund
Schedule: Day shift
Experience: 2 years in compliance management (Required)
