Job Description
Leapcodes Private Limited is looking for a skilled Telecaller to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling and demonstrate outstanding communication abilities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.
- Professionally communicate product or service details.
- Effectively address customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in telecalling or a related field.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong listening and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,00 – ₹25,00 per month
