We are seeking a qualified Optometrist to perform comprehensive eye examinations, deliver accurate diagnoses, and dispense eyewear to drive exceptional in-store sales and customer satisfaction.
- Key responsibilities: clinical refraction and eye tests, fitting and dispensing lenses/frames, product recommendations, stock management, and strict SOP compliance.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Optometry or a two‑year diploma. Fresh graduates and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.
- Required skills: rapport building, active listening, identifying unstated customer needs, clear communication, adaptability, eagerness to learn, ownership, multitasking, and prioritization.
