Job Description
Living Aquatic Systemz Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Key Accounts Executive to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance service quality during the warranty period. You will address customer needs, manage maintenance contracts, and maintain client relationships.
Responsibilities include documenting service calls, supporting the service team, and achieving a low complaint rate. Strong communication skills and a commitment to service excellence are essential.
