Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team at LMMF’s Mai Mangeshkar Hospital in Warje. The successful candidate will serve patients by preparing medications, providing pharmacological information to our multidisciplinary health care team, and monitoring patient drug therapies. Key responsibilities include reviewing and interpreting physician orders, as well as detecting therapeutic incompatibilities to ensure safe medication practices.
