Job Description
LogFix SCM Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Executive to join our team. You will greet patients, visitors, and vendors, manage consultation appointments, and handle patient inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of patient visits and appointments.
- Address customer queries or escalate them as needed.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals for smooth operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹18,00.00 per month
