Job Description:
- Identify and source candidates from economically weaker sections (EWS) of society who meet the required qualifications.
- Establish relationships with local communities that work with EWS to find potential candidates.
- Work effectively under pressure while meeting tight deadlines and targets.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Social Sciences or Human Resources).
- 1+ years of experience in related fields.
- Proven experience sourcing candidates from EWS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹23,00.00 per month
