Job Description
LOUD Media and Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is on the lookout for skilled individuals to join our international Chat, Blended, and Voice processes in Pune. As a team member, you will be responsible for managing inbound customer inquiries through live chat, understanding customer needs, and contributing to profitability through effective upselling.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong listening abilities, and be a collaborative team player. Proficiency in MS Office and prior experience in customer service or the telecom industry is required.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher. Salary: Up to ₹480,00 annually. Benefits include health insurance and a Provident Fund, with shifts available during the night and for the US time zone.
