Job Description

LOUD Media and Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic Customer/Technical Support Executives to join our team in Pune. Open positions are available for Chat, Voice, or Blended Processes. We invite undergraduates with a minimum of 6 months of international experience to apply.

The starting salary ranges between ₹397,00 and ₹500,00 annually. This role includes rotational shifts and requires working 5 days a week.

Required Skills: Strong communication skills, active listening, teamwork, and effective problem-solving abilities.

Essential Experience: A background in Customer Service or the Telecommunications industry, and experience in Upselling or Proactive Sales is mandatory.
