Job Description
L&T Financial Services is looking for a passionate and driven Field Executive to join our Microfinance division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, guiding them through the microfinance application and loan disbursement processes, and collecting fees and installments in accordance with our organizational guidelines. Assessments will be conducted under RPL, adhering to the standard protocols established by the BFSI sector.
