MAcare Polyclinic is seeking a dedicated Patient Coordinator to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments and procedures, effectively communicating treatment plans and costs to patients, and ensuring seamless coordination of care across various departments.

Your primary objective will be to enhance patient satisfaction while managing medical records with precision.

Essential Skills: Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, a solid understanding of medical terminology, and a customer service-oriented mindset.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month, along with benefits including a Provident Fund.

All work will take place in-person at our facility.
