Job Description
Join our team as a Process Expert, where you will own the job file and be responsible for creating and updating shipping documents and Customer Invoices in our system. You will manage all SCM Operations activities related to file management for our customers. Key responsibilities include handling all file management activities post-booking, managing documentation, conducting system updates, overseeing operational finance, and ensuring proactive communication with customer service in case of exceptions. You will also support customer service in resolving queries and handling exceptions.
