Job Description
MAGIL SWEETS is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team. This role reports directly to management and plays a crucial part in ensuring the efficient operation of our sweet shop. Responsibilities include fostering strong customer relationships, maintaining shop standards, prioritizing customer satisfaction, and overseeing daily sales activities.
This is a full-time, permanent position open to fresh graduates, offering a competitive salary range of ₹10,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month. Employees will benefit from health insurance and paid time off.
Available shifts include Day, Evening, Morning, Rotational, and Weekend. Applicants must be fluent in both Tamil and English.
