Job Description

Mahindra University invites applications for the role of Hostel Warden to manage residential operations and ensure student safety, discipline, and welfare. The Warden will oversee daily administration, permit entry/exit, coordinate room allotments, supervise hostel staff, address maintenance issues, and act as the first point of contact for grievances and counseling. The role requires enforcing anti-ragging and conduct policies, responding to emergencies, and fostering a supportive and respectful residential environment.

• Qualifications: Graduate degree with 3–5 years’ experience in hostel or student affairs
