Job Description
We seek a professional Guest Relations Executive to ensure outstanding guest experiences from arrival through departure. You will welcome guests, manage reservations, handle inquiries and complaints, coordinate with housekeeping and operations, process check-ins and check-outs, and maintain accurate guest records.
- Minimum 1–2 years in hospitality; experience with property management or booking systems preferred.
- Excellent English communication, strong problem-solving, multitasking, and a professional appearance.
- Friendly demeanor and flexible schedule required.
