Job Description

Mastercraft is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our interior construction sites. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all activities adhere to design specifications and safety standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing project operations while collaborating effectively with architects and contractors.
• Monitoring project timelines and budgets to uphold quality and safety protocols.
• Facilitating clear communication among clients, project managers, and site personnel.
• Performing site inspections and addressing any issues that may arise.

Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹15,00.00 – ₹18,00.00 per month

Schedule: Day Shift | Travel required (75% preferred).

Work Location: In-person.
