Job Description
MATRIX FINBIZ, a registered Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) authorized by RBI, is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Executive to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will engage with customers, addressing their inquiries and delivering outstanding service within the Gold Loan and Investment sectors.
Ideal candidates will possess prior experience in a similar position, particularly within NBFCs, banks, or societies. Please note that fresh graduates will not be considered for this opportunity.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹13,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month
