Job Description
Mauli Sai Developers Pvt. Ltd. seeks a full-time, permanent Legal Associate (in-person) to manage legal correspondence, develop and implement litigation and advocacy strategies, and represent the company in court, negotiations, and regulatory matters. Key duties include case management and supervision, preparing weekly case summaries, document filing and scanning, legal research, contract review and negotiation, risk assessment and mitigation, and legislative advocacy/lobbying.
Requirements: Minimum 2+ years as a Legal Advisor/Lawyer; real estate experience preferred. Compensation: up to 28,00 P/M (approx. ₹336,00–₹360,00/year). Benefits include cell phone reimbursement and Provident Fund.
