Duties and Responsibilities
- Outbound Calls: Contact potential and existing clients to promote products/services and generate sales.
- Inbound Calls: Handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and provide support.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify prospects, passing hot leads to the sales team.
- Customer Engagement: Build relationships, understand needs, and offer solutions.
- Data Management: Maintain detailed records of calls and update customer info in CRM systems.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, or monthly sales/call goals.
