Job Description
MDN Edify Education Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pre-School Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations at our preschool facility. The successful candidate will foster a safe, nurturing, and educational atmosphere for children while efficiently overseeing staff and resources.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor staff performance, ensure compliance with regulations, manage facility maintenance, communicate effectively with parents, and handle administrative duties.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, 3-5 years of managerial experience, strong leadership capabilities, and familiarity with licensing regulations are required.
