Job Description

Medcal Consulting is actively seeking a dedicated Female Customer Relationship Officer to become a valuable member of our team located in Kozhikode, Perinthalmanna, Trichur, or Palakkad. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing property inquiries, coordinating site visits, and providing exceptional post-sale support. Your responsibilities will encompass nurturing long-term client relationships, addressing customer complaints effectively, and maintaining precise records within our CRM software.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree, possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in Administration or CRM, and demonstrate fluency in English.

This is a full-time position offering a salary between ₹20,00.00 to ₹25,00.00 per month with day shift hours.
