Job Description
We are seeking a General Manager – Operations to lead Production, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Stores in our steel processing unit. The ideal candidate will enhance efficiency, optimize costs, and improve processes while maintaining industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee various operations including slitting, shearing, and coating.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO/BIS) and reduce defects.
- Monitor and maintain machine safety protocols.
- Drive cost reduction and automation initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Any Degree
- 15+ years of experience in steel processing, with 5+ years in leadership
- Strong ERP/SAP skills
Pay: ₹50,00.00 – ₹80,00.00 per month
