Job Description
Location: Meridian Hospital, Kolathur, Chennai
We are seeking a dedicated Guest Relation Executive to be the first point of contact for patients, attendants, and visitors. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere while offering operational support. Responsibilities include managing patient inquiries, coordinating admissions and discharges, and consistently delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally greet and assist patients and visitors.
- Oversee admission and discharge processes.
- Address inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Uphold confidentiality and manage sensitive information with care.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Salary: ₹15,00 – ₹20,00 per month
