Job Description
Job Summary: Mervice Infotech is actively looking for a motivated and customer-focused Male Kiosk Attendant to enhance the experience of passengers booking App-cabs from the airport. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and comfort of travelers while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet passengers and guide them to their designated vehicles.
- Assist with the booking process and oversee onboarding.
- Address inquiries and effectively resolve any issues.
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure seamless operations.
