Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Kiosk Attendant at Mervice Infotech. In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation, safety, and comfort of passengers booking App-cabs from the airport while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional interpersonal skills, be adaptable to various situations, and have a strong commitment to passenger safety.
Responsibilities: Greeting passengers and assisting with bookings, inquiries, and providing special assistance.
Requirements: Preferably certified in Aviation or Hospitality Management, previous experience preferred, and fluent in English/Hindi.
Job Type: Full-time, Mumbai. Pay: ₹25,00 – ₹30,00 per month.
