Job Description
MGS GOLD is looking for a dynamic and motivated Customer Care Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to promote our products, clearly explaining their features, and addressing various customer inquiries. You are expected to maintain accurate records and diligently follow up with leads, all while striving to meet established sales targets.
