We are looking for a courteous and attentive Call Receptionist to serve as the initial point of contact for individuals seeking mental health assistance. This vital role ensures that each caller feels acknowledged and treated with respect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls with a friendly greeting.
- Listen actively to callers’ concerns and direct them to the appropriate professional.
- Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive discussions with compassion.
Requirements:
- Completion of 12th grade or equivalent education.
- Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
- A calm and empathetic demeanor along with basic computer skills.
