MICTCO IT Solutions is seeking a full-time, permanent, in-person Academic Counselor to manage inbound and outbound student calls, advise on courses, career pathways, and admissions, and conduct timely follow-up to convert leads. The role includes maintaining accurate student data and detailed call records.

• Employment: Full-time, permanent, on-site
