Job Description
Mihir Infinite Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor with expertise in Email and Chat Support. Become a vital part of our energetic team and contribute to delivering outstanding service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer inquiries through email and web chat channels.
- Document customer interactions in our CRM system for reference and follow-up.
- Deliver prompt and effective solutions to customer issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum HSC (12th Pass) or a Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in customer service or BPO.
Compensation: ₹18,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 monthly.
