Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Customer Relations Executive to handle inquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and online marketplaces. The role involves sharing saree photos, videos, pricing and fabric details; converting leads and recording orders; coordinating packing and dispatch; maintaining daily sales reports (Excel/Sheets); producing basic content or liaising with a designer; and gathering customer feedback.

• Requirements: polite communicator with strong closing skills, basic WhatsApp Business and Excel proficiency; saree fabric knowledge — training provided.
• Qualifications: 10th/12th/any degree; freshers welcome.
• Compensation: ₹12,00–₹15,00 per month. Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu (in person).
