Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated MMA Coach to train competitive fighters and fitness clients. The coach will design and lead technical striking and grappling sessions, develop individualized skill and conditioning programs, plan fight strategy, oversee sparring, and enforce safety and injury-prevention protocols. Candidates must demonstrate prior coaching experience in mixed martial arts and strong technical knowledge of Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, and boxing. CPR and first aid certification are required. Excellent communication, motivational leadership, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are essential. A professional demeanor and a genuine commitment to athlete development and performance improvement are expected.
