Job Description
We are seeking a Trend Micro/Trellix Deep Security Specialist based in Chennai for a full-time, on-site role. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of related experience and a minimum of 3 years hands-on practice with Antivirus/EPP, EDR, Anti-APT, and HIPS.
Key responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain EPP/EDR/HIPS/Anti-APT solutions.
- Respond to tickets per SLA and document incident resolution steps.
- Analyze and remediate risks and scan logs; coordinate with OEMs on escalations.
- Provide basic IT training support for new hires.
Strong troubleshooting, documentation skills, and proven Trend Micro/Trellix expertise are required.
