Job Description

MobileProgramming is hiring skilled Production Support Assistants for our office in Pune. This position emphasizes non-technical support, requiring candidates to have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with Loan Management Systems (LMS) and Loan Origination Systems (LOS) is essential, along with strong skills in issue tracking and documentation.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication abilities and a keen attention to detail. The working schedule is 5 days a week, featuring rotational shifts either from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM or from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
