Job Description
MoSahaya is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver the Asian Paints customer experience. Responsibilities include advising customers on paints and finishes, arranging painting services and color consultancy, conducting site visits for measurements and product recommendations, supervising workmanship, maintaining daily reports, and coordinating contractors. No cash handling.
- Requirements: Graduate (non-engineering acceptable); proficient in English, Hindi and local language; own a motorcycle and Android phone (v5+); valid motorcycle driving license. Freshers welcome; 1 year field-sales experience preferred.
- Work: On-site, 8.5 hours/day, 6 days/week.
- Compensation: CTC 3.5 LPA; salary ₹21,00–22,00/month.
