Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to prepare accurate sales quotations, maintain enquiry records, follow up on approvals, advise customers on products, and manage BOQ/BOM and tender submissions. The role also includes sourcing and verifying vendors, analyzing material and labor costs, and maintaining catalogs, pricing, HSN codes, stock availability, and lead times.
- Requirements: strong communication and customer-handling skills, accuracy with rates and quantities, proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Tally and Zoho, and a willingness to learn.
- Preferred: 2 years of back-end development experience and fluency in English.
- Full-time, on-site. Salary: ₹15,00–20,00/month.
