Job Description
Join our dynamic team as an Adventure Program Coordinator, where you can enjoy the excitement of the outdoor adventure industry while maintaining your fitness. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training in rock climbing and rope course management, oversee high rope courses and wall climbing activities, and ensure the safety of all participants. You will also guide and motivate climbers during their adventurous pursuits and manage the maintenance of all related equipment and infrastructure.
The ideal candidate holds a diploma or is a recent graduate (preferably DEE/DME), is physically fit, and has a passion for outdoor activities. Fresh graduates and candidates with up to one year of experience are encouraged to apply.
This position offers a three-month internship with a stipend of Rs. 300 per month, inclusive of boarding, followed by a competitive salary of Rs. 2.1 lacs CTC.
