Job Description
Nand Tourism and Finserv Ltd is looking for an Air Ticketing and Reservation Executive. In this role, you will assist customers with flight bookings, manage reservations, and provide detailed information on flight schedules, fares, and routes. Successful candidates will possess strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reservation & Ticketing on CRS (Amadeus/Galileo)
- Itinerary & fare construction
- Ticket re-issuing and refund processing
- Solving escalation issues
- Coordinating with airlines
- Handling web check-in and seat allocation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month
