Job Description
Navata Road Transport, a leading logistics company with 670+ branches across India, is seeking a full-time Non-IT Recruiter for its Hyderabad office. This on-site role is responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing via job portals, social media and employee referrals, resume screening, shortlisting, and closing vacancies within prescribed TAT.
- Experience: 1–3 years in non-IT recruitment
- Education: MBA-HR or Graduate
- Proven use of Naukri and other job portals; strong sourcing, screening, presentation and communication skills
- Languages: Hindi, English and Telugu
- Compensation: ₹18,00–₹28,00/month; benefits include health insurance and provident fund
