Job Description
Full-time position (₹20,00–₹25,00/month) located in Sohna, Gurgaon. Responsibilities include outbound payment collection calls, handling and qualifying sales leads, arranging site visits, maintaining call logs and CRM/Excel records, and resolving basic customer queries.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; fluent in Hindi and English; experience in collections, telesales, or customer service preferred; target-driven with strong follow-up skills; basic MS Excel and CRM knowledge.
- Must reliably commute to or relocate to Sohna and work from the office daily.
