Job Description
Navjeevan Hospital is seeking a dedicated OT Nurse to join our surgical team. Responsibilities include:
- Preoperative Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments, including medical history review.
- Intraoperative Support: Assist surgical teams by providing instruments and maintaining a sterile environment.
- Patient Advocacy: Ensure patient rights and comfort throughout the surgical process.
- Postoperative Care: Monitor patients closely and manage pain during recovery.
- Documentation: Maintain records and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in initiatives to enhance patient safety and outcomes.
