Job Description
We are seeking energetic, customer-focused Retail Sales Assistants for our mall footwear outlet. You will assist customers, process sales using POS, manage cash and inventory responsibly, and maintain a professional store appearance. Candidates must be polite, punctual team players with basic English and Malayalam, smartphone/POS familiarity, and willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Full-time; freshers welcome. Shifts 9–10 hours (including breaks) with weekly rostered offs
- Pay: ₹10,00–₹20,00 per month plus performance incentives
