Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding merchants and visiting customer locations to promote sound boxes and smart boxes. This position requires field marketing experience; a two-wheeler is preferred for ease of travel.
Location: Baguihati, Kestopur, Newtown, Sealdah, Rajarhat
Compensation: ₹21,00 CTC plus a travel allowance of ₹3,00 – ₹4,00, with performance-based incentives ranging from ₹15,00 to ₹25,00. Minimum of 6 months sales experience is required, along with at least a high school education. The work schedule is full-time during the day shift, and proficiency in Hindi is preferred.
