Job Description
Netscribes Data & Insights Private Limited is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting error analysis and recommending remediation strategies, evaluating model outputs pre- and post-fine-tuning, and analyzing multi-turn conversation logs to enhance context retention. Additional responsibilities include experimenting with prompt variations for complex eCommerce queries, developing datasets for LLM performance evaluation, assessing LLM performance across various categories, and refining prompts through a human-in-the-loop approach to achieve measurable outcomes.
This position offers a work-from-home arrangement, is based in Kolkata, and requires a Master’s (M.Tech/MSc) or Bachelor’s (BE/BTech) degree. The role is full-time and permanent, with a salary ranging from ₹10,800.00 to ₹14,700.00 per month, along with health insurance and provident fund benefits. The schedule will be during the day shift.
