Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team in Salt Lake, Kolkata. This full-time, permanent position offers a salary range of ₹15,00 to ₹19,00 per month, commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to inbound calls.
- Exhibit outstanding communication skills in English.
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Requirements:
- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) preferred.
- Experience: 1 year in technical support and customer service preferred.
- Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and English is preferred.
Work will be conducted in person, and additional benefits include fixed weekends off, cab drop facility, PF, ESI, bonuses, and attendance allowance.
