Job Description
NH360 Solutions is seeking a motivated and responsible individual to join us as a Junior Associate, primarily managing Voice and Non-Voice tasks related to FASTag operations. Your key responsibilities will include activating FASTags for customers, verifying KYC documents, addressing customer inquiries both in-person and over the phone, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Any Graduate.
- Proficient in computer skills and effective communication in Tamil and basic English.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and Google Sheets is preferred.
This is a full-time position, suitable for freshers, with a salary range of ₹6,00.00 – ₹8,00.00 per month. The role requires onsite work.
