We are currently looking for a qualified FEMALE CANDIDATE (ages 20-35) to join our client in Ernakulam as a Customer Relations Executive cum Front Office staff. This is a full-time position available at our Aluva and Edapally locations.
Ideal candidates should be energetic and self-motivated, whether fresh graduates or experienced professionals. Key responsibilities include managing front office operations, engaging with walk-in customers, responding to phone inquiries, and handling email communications.
Applicants must possess excellent communication skills in English, Malayalam, and Hindi, in addition to strong interpersonal abilities. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
