Job Description
Join NJ India Invest as a Regional Operations team member! In this role, you will ensure system availability across all branches, evaluate CRO performance, and provide induction and training to the team. Your responsibilities include daily monitoring of team activities, handling escalated issues, and maintaining uniformity in processes across branches. You will also coordinate with external parties and assist the sales team.
