Job Description
Noatum Maritime Services is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead and supervise a team of Executives. The successful candidate will liaise with Clients and Performing Offices to ensure the delivery of Hub services that meet Client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure prompt response to service requests within KPIs.
- Manage PDA receipt and dispatch to Principals.
- Monitor team performance against defined KPIs.
- Facilitate accurate updates in the Hub application.
- Highlight operational issues and engage with Line Managers.
- Conduct team meetings and assist in training arrangements.
- Support debt collection and Disbursement Account queries.
